In addition, there is a 1.8 m long zone at both ends of the track which athletes must not leave during the rope pull until the sled is in that zone. In total, this results in a space requirement of approx. 16 m.

Our Fitness Turf has a standard length of 10 m to optimize the space required in training rooms. In practice, this means: of the 10 m, after the two 1.8 m zones, 6.25 m remain as usable training area for sled pulls and pushes, which is exactly half a competition distance. To realistically simulate the competition distance, the number of repetitions can be doubled exactly.
