Jump Ropes

Jump rope: Effective training method for CrossFit training

A jump rope plays an important role in cross-fitness training because it can help you stay fit. Jumping rope lets you build your cardiovascular fitness. Jumping can also improve your overall fitness. Many people also have a lot of fun training with a jump rope or really pushing themselves with a speed rope. Another advantage is that you do not need any equipment or much space. With a jump rope, you can work on your fitness anywhere – it is especially easy to transport and can also be used in the park, on a walk, or at the office.

Frequently asked questions about jump rope training & our popular products

Speed ropes consist of aluminum or plastic handles with thin coated steel cables. Which material you should choose depends on your individual workout and how important the jump rope's weight is to you.

RPM jump ropes from RPM Training are especially popular and high-quality. This brand’s speed ropes are used by CrossFit athletes around the world and are the most widely used speed ropes of all. Always make sure you determine the right length for your height so the rope can swing well.

Jumping rope can improve your conditioning and help you work on your fitness. It can also build coordination and boost fat burning. Always make sure you use proper technique and adapt the exercises to your fitness level.

We offer jump ropes in a range of colors: black, gray, blue, purple, and many more. In addition, we also have various replacement cables and spare parts for jump ropes available.

What points are important if I want to buy a jump rope?

If you want to buy a jump rope, you should first ask yourself what type you want to use. For example, there are Speed Ropes like those from RPM Training, which are used by professional athletes worldwide. They are especially popular in CrossFit because they offer you maximum efficiency and are easy to use. If you want to build fitness, you should rather go for the Earth 2.0 Jump Rope by Velites , which is ideal for fitness training thanks to its extensive accessories, available separately. Besides the type of jump rope, the length is also crucial. This depends on your height: with the right rope length, you can achieve a particularly high number of jumps and intensify your training. Stand on the middle of the rope and then pull it up along your body with your arms. The rope should reach your armpits. You also have the option of buying an adjustable jump rope and flexibly adjusting the jump rope length. Other models can be shortened.

Various ropes at HighPowered Fitness for your training

Not sure which jump rope or speed rope is best for you? If you want one of the fastest speed ropes in the world, we recommend the Comp4 or Session4 Speed Rope by RPM Training. These speed ropes let you achieve the fastest double-unders with the least energy, so you save valuable time and energy on every rep. If, on the other hand, you are looking for an affordable entry-level jump rope for your fitness training, or want to learn double-unders, we recommend our Light Aluminium Jump Rope or the faster Pro Aluminium Speed Rope. These jump ropes are ideal for learning double-unders because the cables are bright and fairly thick. This helps you see and hear the cables much better in the air, which is a big help when learning double-unders.
