Resistance Bands

Resistance Band: Training with Resistance

Do you want to improve your flexibility? At the same time, do you want to support your muscles during recovery? For many sportspeople and athletes, Resistance Bands are a core part of training. They provide support for bodyweight exercises and CrossFit exercises. These include pull-ups, bar muscle-ups and ring muscle-ups. Do you want to buy resistance bands online? In our shop, we offer you a large selection of high-quality resistance bands. You can choose between different lengths, resistance levels and sets. Take a look around our online shop and find the right resistance bands for your fitness training.

Frequently asked questions about our different fitness bands for building muscle

You should adapt the intensity levels of your resistance bands to your training level. If you are just starting out with training and have not built up much muscle yet, you should begin with one of the less strong bands. If you are unsure, you can order a set and use different strengths for individual exercises.

The resistance bands in our shop are made from high-quality materials. However, especially after longer periods of very intensive use, they can still snap. We therefore recommend that you only use resistance bands for exercises where you stay in control even if a band snaps.

Resistance bands are effective because they intensify the training effect of a wide range of exercises. The resistance makes your muscles work harder to perform the exercises, which can help support muscle growth.

Resistance bands are recommended for a wide range of exercises. These include squats, lunges, and planks, for example. Resistance bands can also support you in training for typical CrossFit exercises such as pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, and ring muscle-ups if you do not yet have enough strength.

If you order by 17:00 (Monday-Friday), your order is usually delivered on the next working day. The products are available directly from our warehouse in Rothenthurm. We ship our parcels with Swiss Post and Planzer.

Different resistance levels for your strength training

Top resistance bands in different resistance levels are available in our shop. Yellow resistance bands have a resistance between 3 and 7 kg with a width of 7 mm. If you want a little more resistance, we recommend a red resistance band. The resistance is 7 to 15 kg and the band is 13 mm wide. These bands for beginners let you get used to the exercises in a gentle way. Black resistance bands have a resistance of 15 to 30 kg with a width of 22 mm. The purple resistance bands have a resistance of 20 to 40 kg and a width of 29 mm. Green resistance bands have a resistance of 30 to 60 kg and a width of 45 mm, making them the strongest bands.
