Pull-Up Bar

Pull-up bars for your upper body training

Pull-ups are an effective way to train your upper body. These exercises work a wide range of muscle groups, especially your back, arm, and shoulder muscles. A pull-up bar can therefore be a real asset to your training. On our larger model, you can also perform kipping pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar, and other cross-fitness exercises that are not possible on conventional pull-up bars because you are too close to the wall. For your workout, all you need is a pull-up bar, and you can use it to train your back, biceps, and other muscle groups effectively. Take a look at our selection and find the perfect pull-up bar for your home or gym!

Frequently asked questions about our pull-up bars & their installation

To make your training on your pull-up bar especially effective, you should pull yourself up high enough that your chin is above the bar. Also make sure that your shoulder and back muscles stay engaged throughout the entire exercise and that you do not use body momentum.

Training on a pull-up bar is considered very effective. You can perform a wide range of pull-up variations on it and train different muscle groups as a result. It is also possible to combine pull-up bars with other fitness equipment, such as resistance bands.

To stimulate muscle growth with pull-ups, you should perform 8–12 reps for 4–6 sets. If you can’t manage that at the start, you can gradually work your way toward this goal. It’s completely normal to start with 7–9 pull-ups and build up at your own pace.

No, it does not make sense to do pull-ups every day. Your body needs recovery. That is why you should take at least one day off between pull-up training sessions. Otherwise, you can even hinder muscle growth.

Pull-up Bars: Best Quality & Effective Training

Our pull-up bar is made from high-quality steel and impresses with a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. With its 32 mm tube diameter, it offers optimal grip comfort during your workout. The black powder coating not only looks good, it also ensures a secure grip during training and makes the bar a durable and reliable part of your fitness equipment. This allows you to safely pull your bodyweight up on the bar while minimizing the risk of injury. If you want to buy a pull-up bar for your gym, you can easily connect several pull-up bars together. This is especially easy and only takes a few minutes: the pull-up bar is connected to the two frames with just 4 screws. If you have any questions about our products, you can contact us at any time and we will be happy to help.
