The ideal tool for mobility and recovery
Resistance Bands are a valuable tool for improving your flexibility and helping your muscles recover in a gentle way. The perfect addition to hard training.
Support for bodyweight exercises
Resistance Bands are excellent for support during bodyweight exercises.
Typical Cross-Fitness exercises like pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, and ring muscle-ups can be made easier with bands. Perfect for scaling and progressions of all kinds, in functional fitness and calisthenics.
Note: Only use bands as training support for exercises where you would still stay in control if a band were to snap. If the material of a band starts to show cracks or become brittle, it must be replaced with a new band.
Workouts and strength training with Resistance Bands
Your muscles can also be challenged with resistance bands.
With a quick search on YouTube for "resistance band workouts", you will find a wide range of training options that let you get in a demanding workout without any extra equipment.
Find the right resistance for you
With the five different resistance levels, you will find the right resistance for every use, whether gentle rehabilitation work after shoulder surgery or support during training.
Each Resistance Band has a band length of 208 cm, which corresponds to a diameter of 104 cm when in use.
