The intra-workout drink eduin from the Edubily brand therefore combines carbohydrates, electrolytes and selected amino acids in a well-designed formula. The drink is especially suitable for demanding and longer fitness sessions.

Cluster Dextrin® and isomaltulose provide carbohydrates that supply energy during exertion. The formula is supplemented with electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and magnesium. They contribute to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
In addition, eduin contains amino acids such as BCAAs, which are components of muscle proteins, citrulline, which is converted in the body into the amino acid arginine and then into NO, as well as carnitine, which also occurs naturally in human muscle cells.
Easy preparation during training
Shake the powder gently before scooping. Add 50 g powder (= approx. 3 level tablespoons) to 500 ml cold water. Stir in the powder or mix it in a shaker or mixing cup. Drink one serving during your training session.

Can I take beta-alanine together with eduin?
Yes, beta-alanine can be combined with eduin without any issues and can also be mixed in the same drink.

The product tastes very salty, is that normal?
