The Science in Sport SIS Energy Oat Bar is an oat bar for endurance sports on the go. Each flavour provides around 40 g of carbohydrates and 10 g of protein per bar. Other nutritional values vary by flavour; check the information on the bar.
Oat-based with natural ingredients
In the Blueberry flavour, oats make up 36 % of the bar, alongside oat syrup, brown sugar, rice flour and dates. It also contains soy protein crispies made from soy protein isolate, tapioca starch and salt, pea protein, golden syrup, soy protein, gum arabic as an emulsifier, olive oil, coconut oil, freeze-dried blueberry pieces and natural flavourings. The Blueberry recipe is vegan; White Chocolate & Macadamia contains white chocolate with milk and is vegetarian.
