Hand Grips

During training: Supports grip strength

Do your fingers slip during pull-ups, toes-to-bars, or muscle-ups? Hand Grips give you maximum grip during your gymnastics exercises. They also protect your skin from damage and overuse. Simply put on the gymnastics grips before training, and you can train without any issues on smooth bars, rough bars, rings, kettlebells, and many other pieces of equipment. Your hands are also protected when training with heavy dumbbells. No wonder hand grips are among the most important pieces of equipment for professional athletes too.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Hand Grip Products

If you need maximum grip on the bar, you can use No Chalk Grips for it. Carbon Grips and Suede Grips are also well suited for training on bars dirtied with chalk, but they do not stick quite as well as No Chalk Grips.

It can always happen that you order a product in the wrong size. In this case, you can simply send your order back to us for a refund. You are welcome to order another size directly, one that fits you and protects your hands as well as possible.

You can buy hand grips from us in a wide range of colors and designs. If you prefer to keep it subtle, you can simply go for a model in black or gray. We also offer more eye-catching colors, such as orange, purple, or blue.

If you search online for a Hand Grip, you may come across so-called hand grippers. However, these are hand trainers for the hand and forearm. With this kind of hand muscle trainer, you can build your strength and improve your grip – but they have nothing to do with Hand Grips.

If you order by 17:00 (Monday-Friday), your order is usually delivered on the next working day. The products are available directly from our warehouse in Rothenthurm. We ship our parcels with Swiss Post and Planzer.

Different types of hand grips

If you’re looking for hand grips, you’ll find 3-hole and 2-hole models with us, as well as products with no holes at all. Which version you should get depends on your training. 3-hole gymnastics grips cover the entire palm, while 2-hole grips cover only the middle of the palm. That’s why many athletes choose 3-hole grips. However, if maximum feel on the bar is more important to you than full hand coverage, or if you have rather small hands, 2-hole grips are also a good choice. Holeless gymnastics grips have become very popular in recent years and are now preferred by many athletes. They give you a freer feel and let you tuck the grips away faster when switching exercises. Decide for yourself which aspects matter most to you for your training.
